The top priority of the Georgia Thermal-Tec Steel Toe Wellington Work Boot is heat resistance, but this boot does so much more: it protects your toes, keeps your feet dry and remains comfortable.

Part of the Thermal-Tec line, this boot features a proprietary oil-, heat- and slip-resistant rubber outsole with a high melting point at 588 °F. Added to that is fire retardant Goodyear® welt construction and Kevlar® stitching.

While that alone, makes this a great boot, Georgia Boot goes further and has made this a steel toe boot that  meets ASTM standards for protective toe and electrical hazard.

Conditions on the job can be unpredictable, so we've also made this a waterproof boot with the Georgia Waterproof System to keep your feet dry in rain and mud.

On top of all those hard-working features, this boot is comfortable. Georgia Boot's AMP™ (advanced memory polyurethane) insole is a unique dual layer of polyurethane on the bottom layer for maximum cushioning and a memory foam top layer to ensure the boot's insole is custom molded to your foot. It also features a moisture-wick lining.

Additional comfort comes from the boot's steel shank. The natural flexibility and springiness of this shank provides arch support while offering puncture resistance.

Pull straps on this boot make it easy to get on and go. This Thermal-Tec Wellington is made of 2.2mm of full-grain leather and has a full leather gusset.

    Protective Toe
    Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
    Footwear is built with nail-free construction using protective toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
