Additional Information

Georgia Logger Work Boots are black leather boots with a tough outsole.

These men's work boots feature the Georgia Logger rubber outsole, designed to resist abrasions and oils. The boots are made to last. While the outsole stands up to whatever it encounters, the boot is made with Goodyear® welt construction for durability.

Another sign of durability are the solid stud hooks and eyelets. They're set on steel washer so the hardware won't pull out of the leather. Your work loggers are going to stay together and hold up over time.

Inside, you get comfort features. The men's boots have a steel shank to support the arch of your foot. The covered cushioned insole provides comfort as you stand or walk during your work day.

The full-grain leather boots are eight inches tall.

If you want black work boots, check out these men's loggers from Georgia Boot®!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this work boot! I destroy work boots. If a work boot last 6 months I am usually impressed. This boot has lasted over a year now. The tread is completely worn down, and its still going. I work in a automotive service facility so its dealing with oil, grease water etc. I have had to get new laces but the cleats have yet to even show wear. I am very impressed. I think its time to retire this boot, but today I am headed to the store to find another pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Boot of choice I love them! They have been a favorite of mine for a long time. I have worn out 4 maybe 5 pairs of Georgia loger boots. They break in fast, wear well, comfortable and well made! I have no complaints but only 1 request being could you make them with a quick Don zipper in the front. I have always added them to my boots....just a thought!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I don't understand... I wrote a review of this boot, but for some reason it was attached to a different style/boot. I don't understand why this happened, but it's not my fault~it's Georgia's for putting it on the wrong boot listing... Anyway, I bought these a few days ago and found them to be a great fit right out of the box. The only thing that was irritating was the laces provided were frayed and unusable. I had to go get a new pair of laces before I could even wear my new boots~GRRR! Now that I've worn them a few times, I am amazed at how great they fit, how supportive they are, and how my feet don't hurt after a number of hours walking around on various surfaces. I love the look, fit, and how they are breaking in quickly. I would tell people about them and suggest they buy them, but before receiving them make sure to get their own new laces!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mediocre form, fit and quality I have owned my Georgia loggers now for 4 years and they have protected my feet satisfactorily. Nevertheless the boot is not that comfortable to wear for long periods of time (>5-6 hrs) working in tough terrain such as log slash or uneven surfaces. The narrow-ish heel of the boot makes it feel unsteady when walking on slopes. The boot is a bit on the heavy and clumsy side and this, at least to me, seems counter-intuitive for what a boot should be for walking over messy log slash conditions. What makes them bearable to wear for long periods (8+ hour days) is to wear a pair of sport socks covered by a pair of thick wool socks to pad my feet all the way around (the insole of the boot could use much better padding!). Of course this is not that comfortable in 80 degree+ weather! The top 5 lace hooks bend out of shape requiring me to press them back into place now and again. The treads are deep and traction is acceptable. The boot has worn fairly well over the past years but if you are looking for a very comfortable work boot this is probably not the one to go with.
