Additional Information

Georgia Boot® constructed the upper of the Eagle Light Romeo work shoes with full-grain leather; it's durable, soft, and the dark brown hue lends these shoes a masculine look. The overall ┬ádesign has been kept simple, which allows you to wear this footwear just about anywhere you need to go. You'll be able to get these round-toe shoes on and off with no trouble thanks to the footwear's slip-on design and nylon pull loops.

Since Georgia lined the entire interior of the Eagle Light work shoes with a soft, breathable and moisture-wicking fabric, your feet remain dry and comfortable throughout the day.

These Romeo-style work shoes have a genuine leather welt; this allows the structure to be sturdy and hold up nicely. The Double Eagle outsole supplies cushioning and flexibility, providing you with all-day comfort. The black outsole is also oil-, chemical-, slip- and abrasion-resistant.

If you're looking for lightweight, slip-on footwear that you can wear for casual jobs or around town, these Georgia Eagle Light Romeo Work Shoes (#GR233) are a great option for you!

    • Full-grain leather
    • Opanka construction
    • Steel shank
    • Fully lined with breathable moisture-wicking material
    • Oil and slip resistant "Double Eagle" TPU outsole
    • 4 Inches in height

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best heel spur shoe I have ever worn I am very sad that this shoe is being discontinued. The heal is hollow and has a soft cushion insert. I had dyed a pair of shoes black to wear as a Medical Assistant. I also wear the brown pair every day around the farm. You should not discontinue this shoe. Market it for people with heal spurs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not up to Georgia standards Bought a pair last September, more for a casual shoe than work. The soles have failed and the shoes are now unwearable. I have other romeos from Georgia that I use for work that get used and abused and they have lasted for years. These didn't make it a full year of just casual use. They were very comfortable and unfortunately i bought another pair, before I my first pair failed and reading these other reviews of this model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from came apart Not sure when i bought these, but like them real well. did not wear them very often, so there was no wear on the soles at all, but all of a sudden, the uppers and lowers on both shoes split. Must be some poor workmanship.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable! These are the most comfortable shoes ever! I bought these to have something comfortable to wear to the race track (I am a race car driver) and these are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. I would highly recommend these slip-on work shoes to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from most comfortable I have worn some brand of romeo shoe for 42 years. Georgia brand is by far the most comfortable out of the box shoe I have ever put on. I wear them for every activity. Plow garden, cut firewood, polish them up and go to town. I will never buy another brand. I'm wearing one with two in the box as I need i them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Comfort withTerrible Soles After years of buying RedWing Romeos I thought I would give these a try. I really liked the look, the feel and best of all was the comfort. But after 4 months of daily use, both soles are split open where they flex.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking pair of Georgia boots I bought these shoes about a month ago after seeing someone wearing a pair and was impressed with their appearance and the young man said they were a gift and he wears them all the time because they are comfortable. I agree now that I have a pair and enjoy the leather, knowing they will last and I wear them all the time outside doing those "honey do" chores. They were delivered extremely fast and was really surprised when they arrived at my door in less than 3 days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The soles don't last longer that 6 months I loved these shoes for many year and have owned 10 pairs, but something happened...I bragged about how the leather would fall apart before the sole gave out, I could not believe it, I thought that I finally found a shoe for me and would not have to look any further. but they have changed something in the soles of these shoes, and the last 3 pair that I have owned have had the soles split where it flexes two in the past 8 months ...not good
