Let’s start with the cherry on top first. The Diamond Trax™outsole is made from rubber. It contains TPU (ThermoPlastic Urethane) traction pads that will make sure you have a good grip. Yet, what is unique about this outsole is that it is made up of thousands of tiny cells. As you wear them these cells are gradually exposed – layer after layer – to create a constantly renewing slip-resistant surface that gives you excellent traction.
So, right out of the box, the slip-resistance is good – well above the mark and are generally accepted by most safety directors. Then, the slip-resistance significantly improves throughout the life of the sole. This is a rather impressive and beneficial feature.

The upper has been constructed from soft but durable SPR™ leather. This leather has undergone a special tanning process, and is resistant to barnyard acids and other caustic chemicals. This will allow the look of your boots to maintain their manly appearance.
The hardware on this #G6425 Georgia work boot are made from brass. The top two hooks are lace-locking for easy-on adjustment.
The ergonomic footbed (made from polyurethane) is shock-absorbing. This removable footbed will outlast less expensive inserts. There’s also compression molded EVA pads that offer lightweight cushioning.
