Additional Information

Designed for the toughest jobs, Georgia Boot®'s ultra-durable Hammer HD collection offers the CC5 insole for maximum cushioning and air circulation for all day comfort. All Hammer HD styles are equipped with the Wideload Toe Box. The expanded toe box gives your feet space to breathe. These composite toe work boots also feature the ERGO-FIT safety toe which is designed to match the contours of your feet. The ERGO-FIT safety toe's unique shape eliminates discomfort commonly found on the jobsite and provides better range of movement.

The HD is short for heavy duty. The Hammer HD's rubber outsole is both oil and slip resistant in addition being highly resistant to chemicals and abrasion. The Goodyear welt is one of most trusted and dependable constructions in footwear and works in tandem with a steel shank to provide a stable base. High wear areas have been quadruple stitched for added reinforcement.

The weather doesn't always cooperate; when that happens the Georgia Boot® Waterproof will keep you dry all day long. Guaranteed. For warm weather, the mesh lining wicks moisture away. If you're in the market for a pair of boots that work hard like you do, check out the Georgia Boot® Hammer HD!

    Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
    Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
    Georgia® Waterproof
Don't sweat it. Air gets in, even though water can't. Water can try to flow past this obstacle, but there's a 100% guarantee it won't. The Georgia Waterproof system comes equipped with a heavily fortified defense against water, because dry feet are happy feet.

Georgia Boot Hammer HD Composite Toe Waterproof Work Boot is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable, not durable. Have were these boots 5 days a week for 7 months, very comfortable. I like the hammer toe a little better than the steel toe for what I do, they're not durable like my other georgia work boots however. I got 1 full year out of my other set before they deteriorated, it's only been 7 months and the seems around the heel are ripped wide open.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Fit and Comfortable! I bought these boots several months ago. They fit perfectly (true to size), and are comfortable for all day wear. I like their style and design as casual attire.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great work boot I bought these boots about 3 years ago while i was doing drywall on a 330 unit apartment complex . In the first month of me owning the boots the back of the heels blew out. So i fixed them myself and continued working. They lasted a year and a half doing drywall. Then i went tp cook in a kitchen. The slip and oil resistant sole proved to be great. I cooked for eight months and went on to tree work as it is my passion. I worked the boots out of commission in a little over a year doing that. Its a great boot that i still use to go dirtbiking due to its composite toe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from needs MUCH improvement have gone through 3 pairs in a year and a half . . . toes wear through, stitching in back of ankle comes loose . . . last pair lasted less than several months . . . I even tried to put flex-seal on the toes to get more life out of the boots . . . wore off right away

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good solid work boot Dang good pair of work boots. Great in water and mud.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Boot Comfortable from the moment I put them on plenty of room in the toes
Date published: 2019-03-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great The only part about these boots that I like is the wide toe box, as I have bunions. But, apart from that, the quality is low. The stitching around the heel came out very early on, and the leather to leather stitching failed in several places shortly after. The waterproofing was never effective. I had to immediately change the insoles that came with them, as they were super uncomfortable and left little room for my toes. So, though they provide adequate room in the toes, I think they need much improvement. Not to mention, they look like clown shoes.
