If you are a minor in your state of residence, you must have the permission and consent of your parent/legal guardian to participate in this Contest. Proof of permission may be required at any time and in any form deemed necessary by Sponsor. Parents/Guardians of 4-H members under 18 must submit an entry on behalf of their minor child. The name noted on the form entry should reflect the 4-H member child, not the parent. Employees of Sponsor, National 4-H Council, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules").

How To Enter: To enter, you must provide answers to certain questions about the entrant’s 4-H experience, along with a photo showing the entrant participating in a 4-H activity and contact information. Submit your answers to the form located on www.georgiaboot.com /trailblazers/ and uploading a photo depicting your 4-H project. The answers should be written by the entrant, not by the parent. As part of the Entry, entrants will be required to submit and describe the following: (1) detailed description of their greatest 4-H accomplishments; (2), the leadership skills they have developed through 4-H; (3), plans for the upcoming 4-H year with supporting details, and (4) a quality photo depicting the entrant participating in a 4-H activity. See additional information and details in these Official Rules for restrictions and requirements related to the Entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the quality of entries.

Prizes: Four winners who receive the highest scores will each receive a prize package valued at $500. Each prize package consists of a pair of Georgia Boots (up to $200), a $200 gift card to a local farm & ranch or hardware store of their choosing, Georgia Boot merchandise, and 4-H merchandise selected by Sponsor. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000.

Judging of Entries: All entries will be reviewed and judges by each member of the Georgia Boot marketing team and the Georgia Boot VP and General Brand Manager. Entries will be scored by each member based upon two criteria; (1) 60% of total score for the entrant’s answers to the application questions, and (2) 40% of total score for the quality of the photo submitted. High scores can be achieved through a detailed description of their greatest 4-H accomplishments, the leadership skills they have developed through 4-H, plans for the upcoming 4-H year with supporting details, and a quality photo depicting the entrant participating in a 4-H activity. Four winners who achieve the highest total scores will be selected and notified through email with the address provided on the entry form. If there is a tie with high scores, then the tie will be broken with criteria (1), which is the entrant’s answers to the application questions. Potential winners will be given 48 hours from the time of email notification being sent to acknowledge receipt. If Sponsor does not hear back from the chosen winner within that period, he or she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen based on scores.
