Additional Information

Michelin work boots XHY866: choose the top quality work boot with a contoured removable orthotic TPU insole that provides excellent arch support.

The polyurethane material used in the insoles of these 6 " Michelin boots is known for its cushioning - and it doesn't bottom out. That's because the rigid TPU material helps provide underfoot support in the arch area.

Order these Michelin work boots, HydroEdge style #XHY866, today for excellent arch support and comfortable, long-lasting wear.

These men's work boots by Michelin provide much more than arch support; they are also waterproof and puncture resistant with tough steel toe protection.

The waterproofed inner layer of these boots provides a barrier that helps to keep water out - and your feet dry. The high quality rubber outsoles combine excellent slip resistance with longtime wear qualities, while the steel toe caps provide the ultimate in protection against workplace hazards and accidents.

Plus, these Michelin boots come with a puncture resistant steel plate that helps to provide underfoot protection from nails and needles. This can be an excellent feature for those working in the waste industry.

As another bonus, these men's work boots XHY866 by Michelin comply with ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.

This type of work boot is made with insulating bottoms, providing secondary electrical hazard protection to those areas dealing with open circuits under dry conditions, but also can be worn in work areas requiring only basic protective toe work boots.

Also check out the following styles of Michelin boots, which share key features with style XHY866:

    Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
    Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
    Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sole outlasts the rest of the boot very comfortable but very hard to break in , these boots pinched my toes for a few weeks but after that the boots were really comfortable and the soles are as good as tires ,the downside to these are the boots eventually start to come apart and peel from the sole after a good 6 months of use

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Comfortable I've had these boots for about 6 months. They wear very good and look as good in person as they do on the website. Only down side is they aren't as breathe-able as some of the other boots I've worn leaving my feet hot and sweaty on busy days.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok boot I got these with the hopes that they would be extremely comfortable. And they are not. The traction, as expected, was great on the slick surfaces that I walk on daily. But the steel toe feels cramped and my pinky toe rubs the sides in a weird way on every step. The sole is not that great either. I got the widest pair I could and it is not really a wide boot. I have had them a little over a month and with the wear and tear the boots are holding up somewhat well. If you have smaller feet they might be a much better boot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uuncomfortable I bought these because I thought they were going to be comfortable... Boy was I wrong... I am ready to cut my feet off they hurt so bad... I am not on my feet all day, I actually spend most of my day sitting. I know it could be that they are not broken in but I have never had a boot hurt my feet as bad as this...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatly pleased I bought these steel toed shoes thinking I better get them and start breaking them in before they are required plant wide. My last work boots took almost a month to break in and were still painful when I switched to these. These boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. And no breakin period I really like these boots.
